In my make shift darkroom, in my parent big farm house 16 year old me dreamed of being a photographer. Reason and responsibility hijacked my dreams and led me to an education and career in social work. Adulting is tough! So in 2005 I followed my teenage dreams and launched Depiction Photography. After shooting a gazilion weddings and a bajillion portrait sessions many things have changed, but one thing remains. I love people and I love relationship dynamics because they are messy. I am passionate about taking what seems like the ordinary and capturing its extraordinary beauty.
